Toiscór is turning forgotten Irish surfboards into opportunities for West African surfers. We bridge the gap between unused gear in Ireland and passionate surfers in Senegal by partnering with Anda Surf Club to ship essential equipment.
Our goal is to directly empower local initiatives like Surfkids Shredding Senegal, Black Girls Surf, and Take Off Ngor, supporting their work in education, gender equality, and economic growth through surf tourism.

TOISCÓR is more than a name; it is a declaration of intent. While not a literal translation, the name is a creative fusion of the Old Irish word toisc, meaning an expedition or purposeful journey, and the universal surfer’s pursuit "to score" perfect waves. We represent a new wave of student-led philanthropy. Founded by a group of friends, we are a collective of university students driven by a single question: How can we turn our passion for the ocean into a vehicle for global good?
We operate at the intersection of lifestyle and logistics. Our primary mission is to bridge the resource gap between the Irish surf community and emerging talent in developing countries by repurposing quality equipment. But the journey starts at home. Through sea swims, run clubs, and coastal events, we are building a community grounded in environmental stewardship and social connection. We aren't just raising funds; we are raising the standard for what a student charity can achieve.
